Streptozotocin diabetes induced gasrointestinal damage in rats: effect of stobadine
BIOLOGIA(2000)
摘要
In rats with diabetes induced by streptozotocin, the effect of stobadine was studied on the extent of gastric damage, level of reduced glutathione and on the contractility of gastric smooth muscle. The results indicate that chronic oral treatment with stobadine in the highest daily dose used (63 mg/kg) almost completely suppressed the formation of spontaneous gastric lesions and increased the level of reduced glutathione in the gastric mucosa. The contractile responses to 5-HT, acetylcholine, and noradrenaline of gastric fundus circular smooth muscle suggest only marginal, not significant. alterations in the actions of the individual stimulants in both control and diabetic rats.
