Antegrade Dissection Re-Entry After Subintimal Wiring of an Occluded Vessel From Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection

Percutaneous management of spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is challenging, with high procedural failure rates. We present a case of successful revascularization using antegrade dissection re-entry after failing to wire the true lumen in occlusive SCAD.
