Renal Cancer with Extensive Level IV Intracardiac Tumour Thrombus Removed by Robot.

A 74-year-old man presented to the emergency department reporting blood in his urine. He was fit and well and reported no pain, or fever. He had a medical history of hypertension, coronary artery disease, partial colectomy for cancer, gastro-oesophageal reflux, and cataracts. He was taking aspirin, losartan, omeprazole and simvastatin.
