Projected Shell Model Study of Some Odd-Odd Isotones

Using the angular-momentum projected two-quasiparticle states with the employment of a simple quadrupole-quadrupole + monopole-Pairing + quadrupole-pairing Hamiltonian, PSM calculations have been performed to study doubly-odd Cu, Ga and As isotones with N=45. The main results of this study are presented along with their comparison with the available experimental data. A satisfactory degree of agreement is obtained between the experimental PSM results. Apart from this the intrinsic band structures of the N=45 isotones under study is also discussed in details and the results on transition probabilities has been obtained for the first time for these doubly odd isotones.
