Study of semileptonic decay of (B)over-bar(s)(0) -> phi I+ I- in QCD sum rule

In this work we study the semileptonic decay of (B) over bars(0) -> phi l(+)l(-)0 (l.=. e, mu, tau) with the QCD sum rule method. We calculate the (B) over bar (0)(s) -> phi translation form factors relevant to this semileptonic decay, then the branching ratios of (B) over bar (0)(s)-> phi l(+)l(-) (l.=.e, mu, tau) decays are calculated with the form factors obtained here. Our result for the branching ratio of (B) over bar (0)(s) -> phi mu(+)mu(-) agree very well with therecent experimental data. For the unmeasured decay modes such as (B) over bar (0)(s) -> phi tau(+)tau(-) nd <(Bover bar>(0)(s) -> phi tau(+)tau-, we give theoretical predictions.
