摘要
Physical operational principles of the ionic sputterer of rods are considered. On the example of Ni-Cu condensates, the ideas about its functional possibilities for the case of compound-rod sputtering are expanded. By means of transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction, the structural and phase states of Ni-Cu condensates are studied in a wide range of element compositions.
