DEVELOPMENT OF MODULAR CUTTING TEETH FOR BUCKET CHAIN EXCAVATOR ERS 1000/20

Cutting teeth for bucket chain excavator is an element of bucket assembly which has a dual function in the process of excavation, that is cutting of digging material and its excavation. Since most excavator processes depend on the processes in the cutting zone, it is necessary to pay particular attention to the cutting teeth design and testing of completed prototypes in working conditions. This paper describe development process of Modular cutting teeth for bucket chain excavator ERS 1000/20.
