Simultaneous quantitative monitoring of cytoskeletal rearrangement and changes in cell morphology

The Thermo Scientific Cellomics (R) HCS reagent kits constitute just one part of an integrated highcontent screening (HCS) solution. The Cytoskeleton Rearrangement kit allows the simultaneous labeling and detection of five biomarkers within the same cells: cell morphology, nuclear morphology, DNA content, and microfilaments and microtubules. Here we demonstrate the use of the kit for labeling and monitoring cytoskeletal changes in a variety of cell types after treatment with different drugs affecting the cytoskeleton and cell morphology.
