摘要
Mg or Zn-doped Bioglass @ CNFs and porous Bioglass@CNFs (Bioglass@PCNFs) were prepared by combining the processes of sol-gel, electrostatic spinning and high temperature sintering. The structure features were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that with the processes going on, diameter of carbon nanofibers (CNFs) becomes gradually smaller, and degree of orientation increases. There are bioglass nanoparticles growing on the surface of CNFs after carbonization. The number of square bioglass nanoparticles grown on Mg-doped Bioglass@CNFs is larger than spherical nanoparticles grown on Zn-doped Bioglass@CNFs. Particles on Mg-doped Bioglass@CNFs are composed of CaSiO3 and MgCaSi2O6. while those on Zn-doped Bioglass@CNFs are amorphous. Furthermore, with adding PMMA as porogen, a large number of holes and hollow pipes are found on the surface and in the inner of CNFs after high temperature sintering, which are further verified with the increase of the roughness, surface area, pore size and pore volume in Bioglass@CNFs by BET testing. In addition, bioglass nanoparticles grown on the Bioglass @ PCNFs consist of beta-CaSiO3 and Ca-3(Si3O9).
