Isolated Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis of the Clivus

Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) of the clivus is a rare condition, usually a localized anatomic event, without associated disease elsewhere at the time of diagnosis. We present an isolated case of LCH of the clivus in a 4-year-old boy, who presented with right neck pain. The lesion was completely excised using a transnasal endoscopic approach. A brief review of the literature will also be presented.
