摘要
The problem of energy shortage and environmental pollution is getting increasingly worse and thus the promotion of electric vehicles is of great benefit. However, the limited endurance of electric vehicles and the shortage of charging station resources restrict the further promotion of electric vehicles. Electric vehicle charging station site selection is a typical multiple criteria decision making problem. The complexity of decision-making environment bring uncertainty to this problem, while the hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set is a compatible tool to express uncertainty and more in line with people's expression habits. However, there is no research on electric vehicle charging station site selection under the hesitant fuzzy linguistic environment currently. This paper aims to present a hesitant fuzzy linguistic stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis with the weight aggregated sum product assessment (HFL-SWARA-WASPAS) model to solve this problem. In this model, the HFL-SWARA method is used to determine the weights of criteria while the HFL-WASPAS method is used to process the linguistic evaluation information given by experts and obtain the ranking of alternatives. As a hesitant fuzzy linguistic multiple criteria decision making method, the, HFL-SWARA-WASPAS method can provide a new idea to solve the electric vehicle charging station site selection problem.
