摘要

We demonstrate that the fundamental thermal fluctuations can induce significant linewidth broadening effect in metallo-dielectric nanolasers through numerical simulation. Broader linewidths are observed with the decrease of resonator dimensions and the increase of ambient temperatures. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
