Comparing Clinical Results of the Childhood Obesity in Primary Care Collaborative by Practice Characteristics: Possible Implications for Scaling

Project Goals: Childhood Obesity in Primary Care (COPC) is a 19-week, virtual, team-based, quality improvement collaborative, to facilitate a comprehensive obesity-related risk assessment during well-child visits, including growth, behavioral, and medical risk assessments. Since 2016, 57 practice teams have participated across 3 distinct rounds (n=11, 23, and 23, respectively). The project’s focus on feasibility of participation (limited data cycles/charts) limits formal analysis of team-level data.
