Discriminative subspace matrix factorization for multiview data clustering

•A unified framework is proposed to discover the intrinsic structure.•A pseudo supervised regularization term is designed to refine the clustering results.•We propose an ALM-based optimization algorithm to seek its optimal solution.•Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of our proposed approach.
