•Ozanimod improved cognitive processing speed on SDMT vs IM interferon beta-1a•More RMS patients on ozanimod had clinically meaningful (≥4-point) SDMT improvement•Most patients with SDMT improvement at month 6 were also improved at month 12•Clinically meaningful improvement was more common when SDMT was low at baseline•Brain volume loss was similar for those improved vs worsened on SDMT at month 12
