Polar code device using interleaver Polar code iterative decoding device and coding method and decoding method using the same

Provided is a method for decoding a polar code by an iterative decoding device. A plurality of bit blocks each composed of one binary parity bit and a plurality of data bits output from a polar encoding device are concatenated to receive a pole-coded output vector as an input vector to perform SC decoding. Error checking is performed by sequentially using a plurality of binary parity bits included in an input vector where the SC decoding is performed, and a bit inversion candidate group is generated based on a predefined reference bit inversion candidate group corresponding to a position of the binary parity bit in which the error checking fails. Then, an error of the data bits is corrected using the generated bit inversion candidate group.
