摘要
Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is a progressive hair loss disease caused by dihydrotestosterone and requires constant treatment. Despite its long history, the only treatments approved by the FDA are 5a-reductase inhibitor and minoxidil. Even with treatment, it is difficult to see dramatic effects. Although, it is successful that the lesion does not worsen, patients are not satisfied with treatment even if the lesion does not worsen. Considering the characteristics of the progressive disease, management of compliance is important because it requires constant treatment throughout life.
