轮胎平宽对耐久性能影响的有限元分析

Abstract
采用Abaqus软件,根据257/65R17轮胎成型过程中的实际应力和温度负荷进行建模,并对轮胎的应力场和温度场进行有限元分析,研究轮胎平宽对耐久性能的影响.结果 表明,随着轮胎平宽的增大,胎圈和胎肩部位的平均应力先减小后增大和平均温度先降低后升高,平宽为562 mm(胎体拉伸率为2.5％)时轮胎各部位的平均应力最小和平均温度最低,轮胎的耐久性能达到最佳.
