Abstract
基于Abaqus软件,对275/65R17轮胎进行有限元分析,研究成型辅鼓直径(D')对轮胎耐久性能的影响.结果 表明:当D'变化时,轮胎带束层拉伸率、带束层角度、带束层密度、胎体拉伸率和冠带层拉伸率均发生变化;随着D'的减小,轮胎各部位应力和温度先降低后升高,当D'为726.76 mm时轮胎整体应力和温度最低,轮胎耐久性能最好.
