分析了1～18 GHz超宽带一分二功分器的制作难点,设计了两种不同结构的威尔逊功分器.通过ADS和HFSS的共同仿真,选择了性能较好的功分器进行加工制作,最后所设计的1～18 GHz超宽带一分二功分器的测试结果表明,在1～18 GHz的整个频带内,功分器的回波损耗都在-15 dB以下,两端口的隔离度大于20 dB,性能良好,可以应用于超宽带系统中.
