Abstract
为了改善SiCp与7075铝合金基体之间的润湿性,采用化学沉积法在SiCp表面形成CuO包覆改性,通过挤压铸造工艺制备了改性SiCp增强7075Al复合材料,并对复合材料的力学性能、显微组织进行分析.结果表明,SiCp表面CuO改性是一种经济有效的,能提高SiCp与7075铝合金基体间浸润性的表面改性方式.经改性处理后的SiCp在基体中均匀分布.同时,改性SiCp与基体结合良好,改性复合材料表现出较好的力学性能,抗拉强度达到378MPa.
