45例脑干海绵状血管瘤的临床特点及影像学分析

Abstract
目的:总结脑干海绵状血管瘤的临床特点及影像学分析.方法:回顾性分析45例脑干海绵状血管瘤患者的临床表现及影像学资料.结果:患者多为中青年起病,无明显性别差异,多为脑干出血起病,1/3患者可反复发作,桥脑多见,CT多呈稍高或高密度,MRI平扫可见多种表现,磁敏感加权成像(SWI)表现为病灶完全低信号或周围呈低信号的混杂信号,头颈部血管检查阴性.结论:中青年发作的脑干出血,尤其是反复发作或无高血压病史时,应考虑脑干海绵状血管瘤可能,需行SWI以明确.
