Abstract
胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas,SPTP)是一种少见的低度恶性肿瘤,由于缺乏特异的临床表现,较难于术前得到正确诊断.目前认为,SPTP多发生于年轻女性,极少发生于儿童及男性.我院自2010年1月至2011年8月间收治了3例儿童SPTP,现结合文献,就其临床表现,诊治方法及随访预后进行临床分析总结,以提高对儿童SPTP的诊治水平.
