产钳助产术后尿潴留发生情况及其影响因素分析

Abstract
目的 探讨产钳助产术后尿潴留发生情况及其原因.方法 选择本院2012年1月-2015年7月216例经阴道产钳助产术后产妇,回顾性分析产妇术后尿潴留发生情况及其影响因素.结果216例产妇中无发生尿潴留164例(75.93%),发生尿潴留52例(24.07%).Logistic多元回归分析显示:第一产程时间延长及产后2h出血量多为产钳助产术后发生尿潴留的独立危险因素.结论 产钳助产术后产妇尿潴留发生率较高,第一产程时间延长及产后2h出血量多是产钳助产术后发生尿潴留的影响因素.
