柴油加氢装置换热网络优化

Abstract
柴油加氢过程在高温高压条件下反应而产物又需要冷却到常温,因此换热网络的合理性将直接关系到能量和经济效益.本文应用Aspen Energy Analyzer软件对某柴油加氢工艺流程进行分析,得出节能潜力为11166 kW,并在以总复合曲线为工具进行分析的基础上,具体给出两种优化方案.经过对两方案的能量和经济性能进行分析发现,最大热回收方案的(火用)损较大,但设备投资较少;而副产蒸汽方案的能量利用更合理,但投资费用略多.
