Investigation on structure and properties of nitride-tin-boron-fluorophosphate glass for low-temperature sealing

•Lead-free sealed glass does not contain transition elements, alkali metals and alkaline earth metals.•Nitrogen doping in P2O5-SnF2-B2O3 glass mesh improves the thermal properties of glass.•Sample glasses are synthesized by using the traditional melt quenching method.
