Fast Control of the Polarity of the Magnetic Vortex for a Pair of Magnetic Nanodots

•Selective polarity reversal is acquired on a nanodot pair by a pair of fast magnetic pulses.•The rotation direction of the pulses determines the final polarity regardless of the initial state.•The minimum pulse amplitude is achieved when the rotating frequency is equal to the eigenfrequency.
