Research on data acquisition and management of digital workshop management system based on Safety PLC control

摘要
With the industrial Internet of things cloud computing has become an important information infrastructure, more and more applications migrate to the cloud, and the reliability of cloud services is becoming increasingly important [1]. Especially the introduction of new edge computing mode, the reliability of data transmission and communication between the device and the host computer is put forward higher requirements. Therefore, this paper studies the data reliability of the safety PLC system environment of the digital foundry workshop, and proposes a security PLC control system based on Dual CPU architecture combined with edge computing scheme to solve the problems of data interaction delay and packet loss of communication terminal between equipment terminal and cloud server, and improve the real-time response speed [2]–[4]. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively ensure the reliability and real-time response of data interaction between the device terminal and cloud server.
