摘要

•Asymptomatic acute ischemic lesions (AIL) developed in 22% of brain hemorrhage.•High BP on admission and large hemorrhage were an independent risk factor of AIL.•Excessive drug-induced BP reduction was also a risk factor of asymptomatic AIL.
