摘要
Development of unconfined compression strength (UCS) and resilient modulus (M-R) of chemically treated soil was investigated. Test samples were cured at room temperature from 1 to 28 days. Numerous other physical and index properties were used to characterize the treated and untreated soils. The work involved 18 different combinations of soils and chemical stabilizers including, cement kiln dust (CKD), Class C fly ash (CFA), and quick lime (CaO). Results revealed trends associated with additive and soil characteristics used to develop practical correlations for predicting development of UCS and M-R as a function of curing time and basic soil properties.
