Atopic dermatitis, dupilumab and cancers: a case series

We report our experience relating to both the use of dupilumab in patients with a previous history of cancer and the onset of tumour in patients receiving dupilumab. In our centre 280 patients suffering from moderate-to-severe AD and treated with dupilumab have been prospectively collected from January 2019 to October 2020 . Out of them, a previous history of cancer was found in 7 patients.
