摘要

•The diagnostic criteria for anterior STEMI differ between the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and the European Resuscitation Council (ERC);•As many as 44% percent of anterior STEMI cases (by ESC) initially not meet ERC criteria;•Patients who did not meet the ERC criteria receive treatment with longer delay. Whether this affects the prognosis requires further investigation.
