摘要
•The novel triple cation Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites (OHPs) Cs0.05(FAxMA1-x)0.95PbBryI3-y based optoelectronic coupling memristors were fabricated.•Capacitive coupling behaviors are observed.•By changing voltage and light, the device can evolve from capacitive behavior to pure memristive behavior.•The corresponding physical mechanisms is investigated.
