摘要

•A framework was proposed to improve the ESA CCI Land Cover maps.•The improved maps show a better representation of oil palm and rubber.•SWAT performed well in monthly streamflow simulations in the Muda River Basin.•Urban expansion increased surface runoff significantly during the flood period.•Expansion of oil palm and urban decreased lateral flow and groundwater.
