摘要

•EME was first used to extract steroidal glycoalkaloids in complex matrices.•EME showed high extraction efficiency and sufficient sample clean-up ability.•EME-LC-MS/MS was successfully used to analyze steroidal glycoalkaloids in potatoes.•Wide linear correlation, good accuracy and low detection limits were confirmed.
