The present invention provides a peptide library production method comprising a step for bringing a peptide library that includes peptides having amino acid sequences including at least one Trp or a derivative thereof, into contact with a prenylation enzyme, to prenylate at least a portion of amino acid residues included in at least a portion of the peptides.
