摘要

A low sensitivity of the MRI in detecting RL at the MCJ was observed, and the reliability of the MRI evaluation for diagnosis of RL was not high. Therefore, methodical arthroscopic exploration is essential to diagnose RL even when it is not suspected on pre-operative MRI.
