•Remote Sensing accurate quantification of 2005–2015 Etna volcanic products volume.•More than half of the erupted magma volume affects the Valle del Bove.•The highest thickness of erupted deposits is reached at NSE Crater (211 ± 1.6) m.•2014 scoria cones and lava field were for the first time mapped and quantified.
