Screening of multi-mycotoxins in fruits by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to ion mobility quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry

•UPLC-IMS/QTOF MS has been firstly used for the screening of 20 mycotoxins in fruits.•Great savings in time, solvents, and labour occurred when the workflow conducted.•The analytical method allows unbiased high-throughput screening and quantification.•Alternaria toxins were detected with highest levels in jujube, wolfberry and raisin.
