Inhibitory effect of triterpenoids from the mushroom Inonotus obliquus against α-glucosidase and their interaction: Inhibition kinetics and molecular stimulations

摘要
•46 triterpenoids including 12 new ones (1–12) were obtained from the mushroom Inonotus obliquus.•I. obliquus triterpenoids showed significant α-glucosidase inhibitory effect.•The structure − activity relationships of I. obliquus triterpenoids and α-glucosidase inhibition were discussed.•Line-weaver-Burk analysis indicated the possible dynamic binding mechanism of inonotusol F.•Molecular docking and molecular dynamics stimulation analysis revealed the interaction of inonotusol F and α-glucosidase.
