摘要

•The EPA was constant with variable origin on the femoral artery.•The mean area of the angiosome of the EPA was 167.3 ± 38.5 cm2.•We report the first description of an EPA free flap in women in oral reconstruction.•This flap carries a low morbidity, with primary donor site closure and a hidden scar.
