CD19 and intraglandular CD163-positivity as prognostic indicators of pregnancy outcome in CD138-negative women with a previous fresh-embryo-transfer failure

•Endometrial immune factors may contribute to embryonic implantation failure.•Whether mid-secretory endometrial immune cells can be used as a predictor of prognosis in ART has not yet been clarified.•When CD138 in the endometrium is negative, the combined detection of CD19 and CD163 has a suggestive significance for pregnancy outcome.
