Synthesis of Isoamyl Chloroacetate Catalyzed by Ammonium Ferric Sulfate Hydrate

摘要
Synthesis of isoamyl chloroacetate using ammonium ferric sulfate hydrate as catalyst is studied.The influential factors of synthetic reaction are investigated and the optimal conditions studied.Under the optimum conditions as follows:chloroacetic acid amount is 0.1 mol,the molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to chloroacetic acid is 1.2∶1,the catalyst dosage is 1.5 g,the n-hexane amount is 15 mL,the reaction time is 1.5 h,and the reaction temperature is 78~98 ℃,the yield of isoamyl chloroacetatc reachs 89.6%.
