摘要

Metastatic invasive lobular breast cancer (ILC) to the colon is rare and usually ER-positive. We present an ER-negative case of metastatic ILC presenting as linitis plastica of the colon where [F-18]FES PET/MRI allowed the evaluation of the ER phenotypic transformation in the colonic metastasis from the ER-positive breast ILC in vivo.
