Improved symptoms of complex regional pain syndrome after novel lymphatic treatment and interdisciplinary pain management

•Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) is a multifaceted disorder involving the lymphatic and autonomic nervous systems.•Common features of CRPS include severe pain and functional loss with unique vasomotor, sudomotor, and trophic changes.•Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET) is a novel, electrotherapeutic modality anecdotally reported to improve lymphedema.•This case report suggests that LET may improve pain, swelling, and mobility loss in patients with refractory CRPS.
