Performance Improvement Of Oxotitanium Phthalocyanine Photosensitive Organic Field Effect Transistor Based On Optimal Substrate Temperature

The photosensitive organic field effect transistors (PhotOFETs) with single oxotitanium phthalocyanine (TiOPc) are presented, and the effect of substrate temperature (T-sub) on device performance are proposed. AS T-sub rises, the performance are improved and reach the top at T-sub = 140 degrees C, where the photoresponsivity and the photo/dark ratio have the maximum values at the same time. Furthermore, based on the optimal temperature, TiOPc/C-60 and TiOPc/PbPc PhotOFETs are also fabricated, which show superior performance than PbPc/C-60 and PbPc/pentancene devices.
