摘要
Two kinds of native. flowers were selected to study the remediation of heavy metals in the sewage sludge which provided by the Yaozhuang sewage treatment plant of Xuzhou. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) The cannas and mirabilis grew vigorously through the whole experimental period, and they were not influenced by the toxic effects of the heavy metal in sewage sludge. These showed the cannas and mirabilis had a good tolerance of the sewage sludge. 2) The cannas leave and stem accumulation of the Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb reached to the maximum when the ratio of sludge and soil was 2:0 and the values were 3.03 mg.plant(-1), 1.92mg.plant(-1), 0.059mg.plant(-1) and 0.18 mg.plant(-1). The cannas roots accumulation of the Cu, Cd, Pb reached the maximum when the ratio of sludge and soil was 2:0 and the values were 1.26mg.plant(-1), 0.033mg.plant(-1) and 0.061mg.plant(-1). The cannas roots accumulation of Zn reach the maximum when the ratio of the sludge and soil was 1:1 and the value was 1.44 mg.plant(-1). 3) The maximum of mirabilis leave and stem accumulations were 3.91mg.plant(-1) to Cu when the ratio of sludge and soil was 1:1 and 8.27mg.plant(-1), 0.051mg.plant(-1), 0.47mg.plant(-1) to Zn, Cd, Pb when the ratio of sludge and soil was 2:0. The maximum of mirabilis roots accumulations is 0.45mg.plant(-1), 1.51mg.plant(-1), 0.011mg.plant(-1), 0.065mg.plant(-1) to Cu Zn Cd Pb when the ratio of sludge and soil was 2:0. 4) The cannas had better enrichment effects of Cu, Cd and the mirabilis had better enrichment effects of Zn, Pb as compared the heavy metal tolerance, total accumulation, enrichment coefficient and translation coefficient of these two kinds flowers.
