A Nonlinear Effectiveness Assessment Model for Complex Systems Based on Utility Relationship

摘要
Aiming at the practical problem that the existing effectiveness assessment model is difficult to effectively reflect the utility relationship between complex system assessment indicators, a nonlinear system effectiveness assessment algorithm using utility function theory and capability factor method based on utility relationship is proposed. The method uses the grey relational analysis method and the entropy weight method to remove the correlation and relative redundancy between the indicators, and calculates the utility value of each underlying indicator based on the utility function theory. Finally, a utility value aggregation model using dynamic normalization coefficients is designed based on the complementary and mutually exclusive relationship between the defined indicators. The example shows that the model has good applicability and feasibility.
