The result of the constant heat flow simulation test on stratum exchange ability of Beijing Yanqing area shows that the original ground temperature of this area is 12.1 degrees C. According to the calculations of inlet or outlet temperature of buried pipes and logarithm time, the average comprehensive effective thermal conductivity coefficient of the soil within the radius of the heat exchanging range is 1.779 W/(m . degrees C). The gained heat exchange rules between the buried heat exchanger and the surrounding soil, the heat exchange quantity of each linear meter, the thermal physical parameter of the underground rock-soil and so on jointly provide basis for designing the ground source heat system and the whole heat pump system.
