摘要
This study presents the work on mechanical behaviour of braided composite rods. Different hybrid core reinforced braided composite rods (BCRs) were produced using glass, carbon, basalt, steel, high strength PP, Dyneema with different proportions and their tensile behaviour were tested and compared with the BCRs consists of 100% of glass, carbon and Basalt core fibres. The results show that hybrid BCRs possessed high ductility compared to their control specimens (BCRs with 100% core fibres).
